Our signature coffee from Xam Tai Region, produced at the Yuni Coffee Co. processing facility. Our natural processed coffee is carefully monitored during a special fermentation period, and then sun-dried with the coffee fruit and peel left intact for 3-4 weeks. This is truly hands-on, hand-crafted coffee from start to finish, from our village to yours!
